Archery & Paintball

$40• Ages 6-15

Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8

At this two-day clinic, campers can learn the fundamentals of archery and paintball. They will learn about archery and paintball safety, the different types of equipment used and get to practice shooting in a safe environment. All shooting is at targets, not individuals. Certified instructors will lead this clinic.

ASL - American Sign Language

$20 • Ages 6-15

Week 2

At this two-day clinic, campers will be introduced to the basics of American Sign Language. They will learn simple everyday signs, practice fingerspelling, and learn a few songs in ASL. This clinic provides a fun and accessible way to explore a new language and build communication skills.

Basketball

$30 •  Ages 6-14

Week 5

Throughout this two-day basketball clinic, campers will be given the opportunity to develop their fundamental basketball skills. Along with those fundamentals, campers will also learn the importance of teamwork and other character traits that will bring glory to God both on and off the court. Utilizing our brand new basketball court, campers will grow in their ability to shoot, pass, and dribble as well as learn teamwork and develop communication skills that go well beyond the game of basketball.

DISC GOLF

$35 • Ages 10-15

Week 4

At this two-day clinic, campers will learn proper disc golf form and techniques while training and playing alongside professional disc golf players. They will practice drives, approaches, and putts, then test their skills on the course in a fun, supportive setting.

Low & High Ropes

$35 • Ages 8-15

Week 3

At this two day clinic, campers will experience both low and high ropes elements, including climbing, cable traversing, and the power swing. They will build confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while navigating the course under the guidance of trained staff.

Pizza Making

$30 • Ages 6-15

Weeks 5, 7

Campers will get a hands on experience of learning to make the world’s best pizza because it’s their own at this one-day clinic. Regular, stuffed crust, garlic knots & more! They will eat what they make for lunch on the day of the clinic.

Robotics

$40 • Ages 6-15

Week 7

Campers will get the opportunity to work in groups of two to three campers to build a Lego robot. At this 1-day clinic they will get to program the robot and watch as the robot performs these commands. This clinic is led by experienced robotics instructors.

SELF-DEFENSE

$40 •  Ages 10-15

Week 6

At this two-day clinic, campers will learn basic self-defense techniques under the supervision of a police officer trained in martial arts. They will practice awareness, simple defensive moves, and safe response strategies in a controlled environment, building confidence and practical skills.

Sweet Treats

$30 • Ages 8-15

Weeks 3, 5, 7

At this 1-day clinic, have a blast making a variety of candies and learning the history of specific candies while doing it! Campers will not only get to make delicious treats but also eat them!

SWIMMING LESSONS

$35 • Ages 4-15

Weeks 3, 5, 7

Beginning swimmers will be taught basic swimming skills. Getting acquainted and comfortable with water, learning how to float and tread, along with basic arm and leg strokes will be taught at this two-day clinic. Advanced swimmers will have their swimming skills refined, and will be taught four basic strokes (front, back, breast & side), rotary breathing and treading water. All swimming lessons are taught by certified Red Cross lifeguards.

Treehouse Building

$40 • Ages 10-15

Week 8

At this two-day clinic, campers will work under the guidance of an expert treehouse builder to create a lasting addition to Solid Rock. They will learn basic building skills and contribute to a tree fort that will grow over the years, eventually connecting with other structures to form a small treehouse village at camp.

Wood Shop

$40 • Ages 9-15

Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8

At this two-day clinic campers will get to work with experienced wood shop instructors as they learn about different woodworking tools and the use of a lathe to make (turn) a pen. They will then be given an opportunity to complete an advanced turning project which uses more difficult turning techniques.
